Following a dual career in clinical medicine and healthcare leadership, Dr. Megan Gross founded Big Sky Consulting of Montana in 2021 to serve and support leaders. Dr. Gross blends advanced training and study with real world experience to deliver relevant, thoughtful, and applicable executive, leader, and team coaching and facilitation.
