Following a dual career in clinical medicine and healthcare leadership, Dr. Megan Gross founded Big Sky Consulting of Montana in 2021 to be able to serve and support leaders. Dr. Gross blends advanced training and study with real world experience to deliver relevant, thoughtful, and applicable executive, leader, and team coaching and facilitation. No two leaders are the same, no two teams are the same; so no one, standard program will do. Drawing upon experience ranging from leading clinical teams; to operational, interdisciplinary, and strategic leadership; to governance and regulatory leadership; to standard work and process improvement; to culture transformation including well-being; individual and unique programs meet clients where they are while providing comprehensive support along the path to where they want to be.
